I have never done this before, but I am asking you as a disabled veteran, who has been a Orange poster for over two years now, and very into veterans issues, I am going out on a limb and am asking all of you that can to go to ACT BLUE and donate even 10 dollars or whatever else you can afford, we need this man in the Senate.
With the record turnout in Texas and the dispirited Rethugs coming November, there is a slim chance that a Democrat might possibly do a "Jim Webb", in the reddest of states, times are a changing, can we help change it one more time?

Over 2 million people voted in our Democratic senate primary. That's a 400% increase over the primary in 2006. It's clear from the huge turnout that there's going to be a tidal wave for change in Texas this year and we're going to be there right at the top of the ticket.
And it's clear from tonight's results that because of your help I am the Democratic nominee for Senate, and with your help I'm going to be the next United States Senator from Texas.
I've had enough of so many Americans being unable to afford quality health care. I've had enough of college costs spiraling out of reach. I've had enough of this administration leaving our troops without a plan and without body armor from Iraq to Afghanistan, and refusing to take care of our veterans when they come home.

I've been working for Texas. I fought for children's health insurance in the Texas House. I stood on the frontlines and spoke out against the tuition deregulation because that raised tuition rates across Texas -- a tax on both middle class families and the aspirations of thousands working to join the middle class.
I want to be your next U.S. Senator because I want to do the work for Texans that Senator Cornyn has neglected.
